Dave Colangelo

Coach Colangelo has been coaching baseball at various levels since 1999. He is the current head coach at Colonial Forge high school entering his 4th year; his 2nd year he qualified for the State tournament and this past 2020 shortened season saw 7 senior players move on to the collegiate level.

Coach Colangelo played High School baseball at Hylton HS where he excelled and received a scholarship to play at Marshall University. Coach Colangelo went on to break numerous records at Marshall to include Hits, Runs, and Triples while also finishing in the top 4 all time in stolen bases, total bases, and doubles.

David led the Mid-American Conference in offensive categories and finished ranked nationally among all division 1 players for batting average (.392) and runs scored in 2001.
